Hide AdMatty McCartan made it three goals in his last three games with his strike at Fortwilliam Park on Saturday, much to the delight of the Town manager.
“He has been like a new signing for us,” said Ryan Watson, who welcomed McCartan back to his squad in January after the midfielder returned from Canada.
“It didn’t take him long to get up to match fitness and he has been outstanding since he came into the side.
“He’s a terrier in midfield. He never gives up and gives everything in every match.

“Scoring is a great habit to get into, especially for a midfielder. It’s been great for us and at a time when our strikers haven’t been scoring many.”
