David Jones of UKIP eliminated from Upper Bann Assembly count
UKIP candidate David Jones has been eliminated in the race for an NI Assembly seat.
The Armagh Banbridge and Craigavon Councillor was ousted from the Upper Bann constituency bid on the eighth count this morning.
With transfers increasingly important in this tight constituency nationalists are unlikely to benefit.
His transfers re currently being distributed as the eighth count gets underway.
