Ballyroney photographer Norman Quinn has been acknowledged in a worldwide competition seeking outstanding images.
He received Honorable Mentions in the International Photography Awards’ Advertising- Beauty Category and Fine Art- Abstract Category.
The ex-Banbridge Academy student fought off competition from 27,000 submissions from 104 countries to gain this international acclaim in his first-ever competition.
“It is a great honour to be awarded this from a panel of over 80 of my professional peers,” he said.
“(It’s) quite an acheivement and thanks should go to all the team that helped create this wonderful image. They are model Julia Šokele, hair stylist Ashley Waterworth Hair, MUA Jay Moonbeam McCloskey-Wall, and George Townhouse-Hunter for the studio.”
