Wellington cup win could set up Barn derby

THIS weekend Wellington Rec are playing for a place in the quarter-finals of the Border Regiment Cup – and a possible derby at Barn United – if they can see off 1C newcomers Iveagh United.

It's a welcome return to the bread-and-butter of the league for Nortel, who have already secured their place in the Border quarter-finals, with Jamesie Kirk's side playing only their third league fixture of the season, entertaining a Saintfield United who clinched their first league victory on Saturday against Rathfern Rangers.
