Warning issued over police magazine scam
BALLYMONEY PSNI have reported that a number of people this week received telephone calls from people claiming to be from the Police Federation and looking for support for a magazine.
The police have stressed that the Police Federation does NOT contact businesses in this way.
If anyone receives a call like this, they are asked to record as much detail as possible and contact 0845 600 8000 immediately.
