Larne powerhouse Chris McNaghten is set to take part the All-Ireland Deadlift Championships this weekend.

Competition and weigh-in times
Weigh-in opens on Friday (February 6) at 9:30 am to 4 pm at Refresh Cafe, Larne and reopens from 8:30 am to 10 am on Saturday (February 7) at Larne Leisure Centre.
11:15 am: First flight (all female lifters)
12:15 pm: Second flight (Men’s u90)
1:45 pm: Third flight (Men’s u105)
3 pm: Fourth flight (Men’s u120, 120+)
4:30 pm: Prize-giving
