Two wins each for Robert and John

Some golfers could wait a whole season and not get two wins but two men have managed it already at Banbridge GC.

SUNDAY 17TH APRIL

John McCormac has made a very promising start to the 2016 golfing season.

He played the nine holes Sunday Sweep course in only two over par and recorded his second sweep win of the year.

Colin Kennedy was the big winner in the twos as he had the only deuce of the day.

1st- John McCormac (13) Nett 31.5; 2nd- Dominic McArdle (21) Nett 32.5; 3rd- Billy Clarke (17) Nett 32.5.

THURSDAY 21ST APRIL

Robert Haire is another player in fine form. This win in the Thursday Sweep was his second success of the year.

The twos pot was divided between Brian Mulholland and John Gallagher.

1st- Robert Haire (17) 33 points; 2nd- Peter Hillen (11) 31 points; 3rd- Joe Glass (13) 31 points.
