Two more games for U9s

RATHFRILAND began the game in dominant fashion and quickly took the lead through Adam Loughlin.

Jack Frazer and Dillon Cochrane were both putting in great challenges and just before the end of the half Loughlin got his second.

Early in the second half Ethan Copes scored to make this a comfortable 3-0 win for Rathfriland.

Barcroft 3

Rathfriland and Ethan Copes started their second game where they finished the first with Copes scoring two fantastic strikes in quick succession to go two up.

However Barcroft battled back scoring two goals of their own to make the score equal at halftime. The second half was a competitive affair with a draw looking likely until Rathfriland gave away a penalty which was scored by Barcroft to give them the win.

Once again there was terrific support from the parents and a big thank you to them.
