“There’s a good buzz about it now,” said participant Sean McDermott.

“With a lot of reputations on the line, camaraderie between all the boys is only natural. The local derby between Connor Arlow from Tullylish and ‘Mr Banbridge’ Ally Evans is sure to keep the crowd on their toes.”

There will also be two ladies fighting as Sinead Owens and Chrissie Hughes step into the ring.

Tickets are available from KM Fuels in Laurencetown, as well as from the participants. Doors open at 7.30pm, first fight at 8pm.
