YOUTH REGISTRATION AND FOOTBALL - Wednesday nights from 7-8pm at Rathfriland FC for the rest of August will see Registration followed by football.

All age groups are welcome from 5-15 years and for new registrations players will need two passport size photographs and a copy of the birth certificate. Membership for the season is 20 with a 2 charge per training night.

On Wednesday August 25 there will be a barbeque and sponsored walk in aid of supporting funds for youth club track suits. Sponsor forms can also be collected on registration nights.

IN COMMITTEE! - The September committee meeting will take place on Tuesday 21st September at 7.30pm at the clubrooms.

SEASON OPENS WITH BBQ AND DANCE - The 2010/11 season not only opens with the first competitive games of the season but also with a BBQ and dance at the club this Saturday evening.

Tickets are priced at 10 each and tickets can be received from Mark Bickerstaff or any of the three managers. All welcome!

MATCHDAY SPONSOR - Matchday sponsor for the opening day of the season is Vice President Alfie McInness. Alfie has sponsored the club numerous times before and his most recent sponsorship is no less appealing to Rathfriland FC. Well done to Alfie who does a lot of hard work behind the scenes at the club.

It is the intention of Rathfriland FC to continue to surround the main Iveagh Park pitch with Sponsorship boards over the coming months.

There will be an initial fee for the “set up” of the board and also a sponsorship subscription, which would be renewed annually.
