Rangers lose midweek clash
RATHFRILAND Rangers hosted Ballynahinch Utd in an evening kick off taking the lead through Ally Beck and then going 2–0 up through a deflected Stevie Coulter shot.
Both `keepers pulled off fantastic saves to thwart any more change to the half time scoreline. In the second period Rathfriland went close through Beck but then a header by the visitors made it 2–1.
Ballynahinch were then awarded a penalty which they converted to level the score while soon after Coulter fired one just past the post. Wilton then pulled off a fantastic save after a great run by the `Hinch striker but with eight minutes remaining the visitors got their winner with another header leaving the final score 2 – 3.
