Paul is the winner as Wheelers' take on tough TT
Conditions on the night were dry but very cold and very windy.
There was a brutal headwind back from the turn, making for slower times from the last time the cyclists were on this course.

Hide AdThe winner on the night with a very good time was once again Paul (Wilkie).
His time of 23 was the only 23 of the night.
In 2nd with a 24 was Dave Frizz, a rider who improves with every race, with Thomas 3rd with a 25 another rider who is improving and looks like he’s going to have a fantastic season.
In 4th place with a 25 was Brandon and boy what a year he’s having .
Finishing off the top 5 was Matt McKinstry with a 26. He’s still recovering from his recent spill.

Hide AdDue to the tough conditions a few riders decided to give it a miss but there was still a good turnout of 20 riders.
HUGO LOUGHAN
Last Friday night Brandon competed in the Hugo Loughan Road Race and had a very good outing finishing once again in the bunch sprint.
CLUB MEETING IN THE ALBERT
Next Monday night there will be a meeting in the Room above the Albert at 7.30pm.
The club would like a full turnout as there’s much to get through.

WEST DOWN GP
The West Down Wheelers are fast approaching the West Down GP, which will be held on May 21st at Katesbridge.
The club need to plan for this so please attend their forthcoming club meeting.
