‘Now we know how to beat them’: Academy Head Boy
But more than anything, their vice-captain and Head Boy says they’ve got the winning formula.
“Most of all, we learnt how to beat them,” he said, after his side triumphed 2-1 over Wallace in the McCullough final back in December.

Hide Ad“They’ve been our rivals during our whole time coming up through school hockey. It means a lot that this is our final game coming up against them again. We just can’t wait to get going on Wednesday afternoon.
“We really want to do it for each other. We’ve been together for seven years now as a team and this would be a fitting send-off for all of us who will be moving on at the end of the year. We just can’t wait to get stuck in.
“We want to win it for the school as well, for our coaches and for the new principal. They’ve all been such a help to us and now we really want to get the job done after it all.”
