U10 Indoor Hurling Leagues - The Ballela U10’s were in Banbridge last Sunday for the Indoor League against Ballyvarley A & B, Liatroim and Castlewellan.

The first game was against Liatroim who won 2-1. The Ballela goal scored by Michael McGreevy.

Next up was Ballyvarley. This was a close game and at the end of the game the scores were tied at 1-1. The Ballela goal came from Aidan Mulgrew.

The third game was against Ballyvarley B. The game finished 7- 0 to Ballela with goals from Michael McGreevy (2), Ronan McCrory (2) and Aidan Mulgrew (3).

In the last game Ballela played Castlewellan and finished by winning 4-0. The goals were by Aidan Mulgrew (3) and Niall McAleenan.

Panal: Niall McAleenan, Aidan McAleenan, Michael McGreevy, Ronan McCrory and Aidan Mulgrew.

Next week is the last week for the U10 Indoor League.

Underage training - Underage training takes place on Friday night at Banbridge Leisure Centre, outdoors, from 7.30-8.30pm. Cost - £1 per child.

Membership - Membership is now due and should be paid to Noel Burns Sr.

Quiz donations - The club would like to thank the following for donating prizes for the quiz night - Saltmarine Cars, Dungannon; Joe McAleenan Hardware, Banbridge; Mourne View Garage, Katesbridge; Ciara McCusker Sports Care NI; Tom Montgomery; Noel Burns Og and the Harrison family.

Clothes Collection - The club would like to thank everyone who donated old clothes, shoes, bags, towels and bedclothing last week for the club collection.
