Jim Lennon (16) shot one of the best rounds of his career to win the Coburn Cup at Banbridge Golf Club.
Despite taking a double bogey at the 5th hole and a triple bogey at the par three 10th hole, Jim went round in 79 gross and that gave him a winning score of 43 stableford points.
Eamon McAnarney (12) was runner-up with 42 points. Jamie Thompson (11) and Neil Diamond (10) also had 42 points and they finished first and second in the low section. John Lennon (26) had 41 points and he won the high section. Joe McConville (22) was runner-up in this section with 40 points.
Michael Gillen (17) won the middle section with 40 points. Roland Harwood (15) was runner-up, also with 40 points.
Rory Madeley (4) won the best gross prize with a 71. Incidentally, there have been 17 different winners of the best gross prize this season so far. Rory Madeley is one of only four players to win in on two occasions. The other three are Luke Woods, Andrew Quinn and Rory Leonard.
