CEMETERY services will take place on Sunday June 6 at the following times: Leitrim 3pm, Dehomet 5pm, Dromara 7pm.

* Liatroim Cross Community Playgroup -The playgroup will take place every Wednesday morning between 9-11.30am in Fontenoy Hall. Everyone welcome.

* The committee and members extend sincere sympathy to Roger Clarke and family on the death of his uncle Tony. May he rest in peace.

* Congratulations to all the competitors who completed the Mourne Challenge. The men completed the course in four hours 12 minutes. The Camogie girls finished in six hours 38 minutes and the Ju-Jitsu competitors finished in just under seven hours.

* Golf classic - As part of our continuing development of club facilities Liatroim Fontenoys are holding a fundraising golf classic on June 18 at Downpatrick Golf Club.

The club is currently looking for sponsorship and would appreciate your help.They would like a sponsor for the main event and you can also sponsor the event in the following ways:

Sponsorship A - To sponsor a hole is 100. Sponsorship B – to sponsor a tee and/or green is 50.

* Dates for fundraisers for the U14 Camogie feile are as follows: Quiz in Mac’s bar, Saturday May 15 at 9pm; fry up, Sunday May 30 between 8.30am-12.30pm. Car wash: Saturday June 5, 10am to 2pm; Poker night and sponsored walk TBA.

* There will be no dancing on Thursday May 13 but it shall return the week of Thursday May 20.

*Lotto numbers for Thursday May 6: 3, 6, 8 and 10. There was no jackpot winner but there were three match three winners: Darren Malone, Brenda Clarke and Declan Burns. The seller’s draw was won by Noel Brown. Next week’s jackpot stands at 1,350 with the draw to be made in Mac’s Bar on Thursday May 13.

*There will be a Glens of Antrim walk on Sunday May 16, assembling at Fontenoy Park at 8.45am for 9am sharp for departure, returning at approximately 8.30pm.

* The next committee meeting is tonight (Tuesday May 11) at 8.30pm.
