Ladies hold on for a victory

Although short of match practice Dromore started quite well and had estalished a comfortable lead by the half-way mark.

Despite a spirited fight-back by Lagan Valley in the latter part of the game Dromore managed to record a four shot victory.

Rink 1: B Lindsay, M Ward, J Malcolmson, C Ogle – won 15-9.

Rink 2: M Adair, A McGarrity, M Dawson, L Aiken – lost 19-21.

The Ladies can take some encouragement from this victory. Dromore continue their League programme on Thursday April 29 with a visit to Wedderburn.
