The Examination took place recently and the young Ballymena members were delighted to show off their certificates.
Now that these children will move up to a higher level class Chief Coach Dan Redmond has decided to introduce a new class for children from 5 years and older.

Hide AdKarate training is excellent activity to gain confidence, learn self-defence, get fit and keep fit, lose weight and much more as the discipline can have a positive effect on the children.
The children’s beginners class will be in the Minor Hall of The Seven Towers Leisure Centre each Wednesdays from 7pm until 8pm.
It is necessary to arrive for around 6.50pm as punctuality is a major part of club discipline.
No special clothes are needed to begin training. A karate suit can be purchased at the club but in the first few classes a tracksuit or loose fitting trousers and T/shirt will suffice.
