Dromore High School’s Year 8 pupils took part in a Fun Run for New Beginnings - a charity which works with vulnerable children and orphans in Uganda.

Each pupil who took part ran, jogged or walked a mile in fancy dress.

The pupils had great fun and the kids have so far raised a total of £1518 which is unbelievable!

Mr Annett, Teacher in Charge would like to sincerely thank the parents, pupils, staff and everyone who helped to raise this fantastic amount of money on behalf of New Beginnings Charitable Trust.

The money will make a genuine difference to some of the most vulnerable children and orphans in Uganda.

New Beginnings provides a safe, loving, Christian home for them and they appreciate all the help from fundraisers in Northern Ireland.
