They would like to take this opportunity to invite any new members along to training sessions which are held on a Monday and Wednesday night. The times are as follows - Monday night: First-Fourth XI training from 8-10pm; Wednesday night: Fifth and Sixth XI training from 7-9pm.

The next social event, QUINGO, will take place on October 9 at Dromore Rugby Club. Entry will be 5 per person and the quiz and bingo rounds will begin at 7.30pm.

It is set to be a fun packed night with various prizes for the winners and music after. Everyone is welcome - bring friends and family!
