Great day out for PIGS
The PIGS golf organisation from Banbridge Golf Club went on an outing last week to Kilkeel Golf Club.
They had a wonderful day from all reports.
Joe Glass was the winner with 37 points and John Poots was second with 36 points.
And the shot of the day was hit by Tony Ewbanks.
His tee shot at the par three fifteenth hole was perfect.
It sailed sweetly through the air up to the raised green.
And, would you believe it, the ball went into the hole for an ace.
A hole in one is every golfer’s dream and Tony was ecstatic.
And rightly so.
