Philip wins OW Campbell Plate
THE late great Oliver Campbell was a much loved and respected member of Banbridge Golf Club. His memory lives on with the annual competition for the
O.W.Campbell Plate.
It is limited to the older gentlemen in the club and played over a shorter course, 14 holes.
There was a photo finish this season with three players finishing with 32 points.
Philip Strong (21) was declared the winner on countback.
Albert Morrison (20) was runner-up and Brian Mulholland (10) was third.
