It’s Queen Bea at Lady Captain
Marianne’s big day

Lady President’s day is one of the highlights of the year of the ladies Branch at Banbridge Golf Club and last Tuesday was no exception.

Mrs Marianne Nelson who is now in her third and final year as Lady President has been an excellent ambassador for the ladies branch during her term of office and has supported the club, both men and ladies branches both on and off the course.

The ladies played an 18 hole stroke competition on Tuesday, all hoping that they would be lucky enough to ‘beat the rest’ and win one of the many beautiful prizes presented by the Lady President, however for some it was a case of ‘not quite. or ‘if only ... but’, but as they say someone has to win and to those ladies who did win congratulations.
