Delight as Megan Whan wins Lady President’s Cup

Sixty eight Banbridge ladies were all out on the green trying to win one of the beautiful prizes that lady President so generously sponsored on Tuesday August 12.

Nora Craig was not leaving anything to chance. On the 15th; she had a Hole in One to win nearest the pin.

Megan Whan was the winner of the Lady President’s Cup with a brilliant score of 45 points and she also picked up the Juvenile Girls Award.

Jane Doyle won Lady President’s prize with a great score of 39 and Sheelagh English won the runner up prize with 38 points.

The unluckiest player had to be Fionnuala Crossey who was beaten on count back for the Gross prize, for the Section A prize and also for the front 9 prize. Hard luck Fionnuala.
