Cairndhu defeat Greenisland to win East Antrim League title
Two weeks on from their Ulster Cup success the Coast Road men have claimed another coveted piece of silverware in the form of the East Antrim League title.
The Cairndhu team travelled to Greenisland Golf Club for the return leg of the final on Sunday (October 6) and having secured a 5 - 0 victory at home the team knew they only needed a halve match to win the trophy.

Congratulations to Kieran O’Donnell and his team on bringing another trophy back to the club this year.
Greenisland, gracious in defeat, tweeted: ‘Unlucky to East Antrim League team who despite a 4-1 home win, finished second best to Cairndhu!’
Members at Cairndhu are now looking forward to their prize-giving and team celebration dinner on Friday, November 15.
The full Ulster Cup squad will be there to receive their medals and all individual trophies will be handed out.
