This win for P.J. Johnston was long overdue. The last time that P.J. won the Sunday Sweep was away back in Aril 2011. Hopefully it will not be so long to his next win.

1st- P.J. Johnston (13) Nett 30.5.

2nd- Kieran McGreevey (21) Nett 30.5.

3rd- Eugene Weir (6) Nett 32.

MONDAY 19TH AUGUST.

Work commitments curtail the number of opportunities for Paul Faulkner to play in competitions. But, when he gets the chance, he certainly makes the most of it. Paul won this 14 holes sweep in a photo finish.

1st- Paul Faulkner (14) 33 points.

2nd- John McCormac (12) 33 points.

THURSDAY 22ND AUGUST.

The father and son combination of Brendan and Gary McConville dominated this Open Stableford competition. Brendan was pleased to see his son take the top spot.

1st- Gary McConville (14) 42 points.

2nd- Callum Barnes (9) 41 points.

3rd- Brendan McConville (9) 38 points.

Best Gross: Jonathan Shannon (6) 70.
