1st, Eamon Galloway (19) Nett 29.5; 2nd, Robert Haire (19) nett 29.5; 3rd, Colin Kennedy (13) Nett 31.5.

MONDAY JULY 22 - Colin McKinney is a keen supporter of the Monday Sweep and it is good to see him having his share of success,

William Horner must win soon. He was runner-up in last week’s Thursday Open and he was runner-up again here.

The twos pot was shared between Kenny Baines and Mel Hamill.

1st, Colin McKinney (16) 34 points; 2nd, William Horner (22) 34; 3rd, Dane Ward (12) 33.

WEDNESDAY JULY 24 - The sweeps for the juvenile members continue every Wednesday during the school holidays.

Jason Greenaway, the club professional, helps with the organisation and he has arranged coaching sessions for the juveniles as well. Incidentally, the twos pot on this particular Wednesday was divided between Conor McCullough and Callum Barnes.

WHITE BLOCKS: 1st, Gareth Orr (16) 42; 2nd, Matthew Savage (15) 42. YELLOW BLOCKS: 1st, Joel Reid (27) 49; 2nd, P. McConville (27) 45.

THURSDAY JULY 25 - Eamon Galloway had a brilliant second nine in the Open Stableford, 23 points, to thank for his victory. Gerry Magee matched Eamon’s score but lost out on countback.
