On a bright morning at Tandragee Recreational Centre, it was the Gers who started confidently and opened the scoring through Lee Chapman, who added to his four goal haul in the previous outing against Dromara Village.

The goals started to rain down as Chapman got his second and midfielder Adam Knox joined him with a brace.

Goals from Josh Bell, Jamie Redpath, Josh McKay and Neil Hawthorne secured the Gers path into the final four, where they will take on Dromara at Cheney Park.

Before that fixture can take place, the young Rangers team travel to play an important fixture away to Dungannon in the Mid Ulster Premiership League with the aim of staying top of the Division.
