They’re off to third placed Tobermore United on Saturday afternoon (kick-off 3pm) and want maximum points.

That would add to recent wins on the road against Dollinstown, Portstewart and Wakehurst.

In fact, Town are unbeaten away home from in Championship Two - that’s eight games without defeat.

It’s an impressive record that shows how good Town can be this season.

And on Saturday afternoon, they’re not coming up against a side in form. Tobermore haven’t won since 5th December.

They’ve exited the Irish Cup and picked up just one point from three league matches in that time, scoring only two goals in the process.

Town could leapfrog their opponents in the table with a win and that’s exactly what Moffatt wants.

He said: “I try not to look at the league table but it would mark a great turnaround for us if we were to go third. We want to keep that unbeaten run going.”

Banbridge will go into the game without regular stopper Tuda Murphy and midfielder Chris McGrath.
