As expected the home side created a series of dangerous attacking opportunities but the locals kept them at bay and carved out chances of their own, with both Kris Heron and Andy Boyce posing a real attacking threat.

Best for Scarva Rangers Reserves was William Morrison, who was colossal in the centre of midfield, while goalkeeper Gordon Magill also deserves plaudits for a series of first class saves.
