And the Showgrounds side were buoyed further by news that defending champions Carniny Rangers suffered their first league defeat of the season at the hands of ‘Big Two’ rivals Harryville Homers in a dress rehearsal for the sides’ forthcoming County Antrim Junior Shield final.
