Richie is new Co Down manager

County Down have appointed Paul Ritchie as their Junior manager ahead of the 2011 Milk Cup.

Ritchie, who was previously in charge over a four year period from 2004 to 2008, will again be assisted by Cliftonville coach Kyle Spiers.

The pair, who led County Down’s U15 side to a third place finish behind Everton and Wolverhampton Wanderers three years ago, take over from John Bailie who was recently promoted to Premier manager.
