Dromore held by Loughgall

DROMORE left Lakeview Park with another point but could and should have been going home with all three.

In an evenly contested match there were few chances on goal but most of them fell the way of Dromore.

Amanda Morton controlled the game from the centre of the park in a fine display from her. Unfortunately for Dromore they weren’t able to find the breakthrough with their best chances coming from some great play by Kerry Taggart. Twice she made her way past the Loughgall defence out wide, before playing the ball across goal but on both occasions the oncoming players were just inches away.

Dromore will be disappointed not to take all three points in this game but it was a great performance from the team who will look to get their first win next week against Armagh at home.

Dromore would also like to thank JR Magill Cycles Dromore for their continued sponsorship of the club, through shirt sponsorship and match sponsorship.
