Dromore made the trip to Greyabbey on Saturday in the brilliant sunshine and came away with a well deserved three points

Dromore started the better and Cunningham missed two early chances, shooting wide on both occasions.

Hunt and Mulholland then had a chance each but the keeper pulled off two great stops.

On 25 minutes Rosemount were awarded a penalty for a handball. However, the spot kick was hit wide.

Dromore then went straight up the pitch and scored with Hunt finishing well.

Dromore dominated the rest of the half with Smylie and McGuigan controlling the game in midfield.

The second half started with Dromore pushing forward and they had what looked a perfectly good goal ruled out by the ref for a foul.

This rattled Dromore and Rosemount then had four corners in a row, the last of which was converted when the striker was left unmarked to make it 1-1.

On 60 minutes Dromore scored their second with Mulholland finishing well after a perfect through ball by Gibson.

Ten minutes later McGuigan powered home a header from Gibson’s corner to make it 3-1.

The last 20 minutes Rosemount attacked but Ward, Hodgen, McCutheon and Hill defended well at the back with Herron in goal dealing well with any other chances.

Rosemount were awarded another penalty which was converted with the last kick of the game to leave the score 3-2.
