Club must follow manager Watson’s lead says new chairman

During his first season in charge, Watson guided his side to a sixth place finish.

“The job Ryan has done on the pitch is evident,” said Radcliffe. “To do what he did with the team last season was a tremendous achievement. He’s building foundations. We need to match that off the pitch.

“Ryan has a huge desire to build on last season and the teams who finished above us will be our targets now.

“As a new committee, we need to work on the whole club issue and let Ryan continue his good work on the pitch.

“He is doing a great job. We have to work to give him as much support as we can.”
