CUP FINAL REPLAY - The Alan Wilson Cup Final Replay will take place on Saturday 5th May at Crystal Park, Banbridge with kick off at 11.30am. The Mid Ulster League have said that the officials will remain the same as Fridays abandoned game. There will be no admission charge at the gate and we would encourage as many people to turn out in support of the club. The FA Cup Final is played late in the afternoon on the same Saturday but hopefully Banbridge Rangers will be lifting a trophy long before Chelsea or Liverpool get the opportunity to.

UNDER 13S CUP FINAL - Crystal Park will be hosting a derby Cup Final this week when Banbridge Rangers Under 13s take on Banbridge Town Under 13s in the MUYL Shield Final. The Final was originally scheduled for Saturday morning but it looks likely to take place on either Thursday or Friday evening with kick off at 7.00pm. Please visit our facebook site for confirmed details of the Cup Final and we would encourage as many as possible to go down and support the Under 13s squad who have been making very good progress under coaches Paul Burns and Colin Martin this season.

GET WELL SOON - On Friday night at the Cup Final Rangers striker Gareth Fulton sustained a double break to his shin bone and was taken to hospital to ambulance. Gareth underwent an operation on Sunday and early reports are that it went to plan. During the second half midfielder Trevor Tate also had to receive treatment on a leg injury and subsequently ended up in full leg cast after doctors at the hospital revealed tissue damage. They say all things come in threes and on Saturday morning Dean Gordon had to be taken to Craigavon Area Hospital after he dislocated his shoulder after a tumble at Cheney Park whilst playing for the clubs Under 18s. We wish all off the players who put their body on the line over the weekend for the club and wish them all a speedy recovery.

LADIES TEAM - Banbridge Rangers Ladies are actively recruiting for the new season which started last week with Rangers Ladies putting seven past Carnmoney to go top of Division 4.. If you are over the age of 14 and would like to take part please contact Robbie Baird on 07815871275 for details on upcoming training sessions and matches. All matches take place on week nights with training sessions usually on Monday or Thursday evenings.

TESCO VOUCHERS - Banbridge Rangers are collecting Tesco Vouchers for Clubs and Schools and are looking to beat last years remarkable total of 28,500 which saw the club gain a tablet computer, digital camera and various training equipment. You can bring your vouchers to any training session or match where a committee member will gratefully accept.

UNDER 8S RESULTS - Banbridge Rangers Under 8s took part in two league fixtures at Cheney Park last Saturday morning and came away with two positive results in each game. In the first game Banbridge Rangers beat Loughgall 3-2 and had to do it the hard way coming back from behind twice. This was a hard fought match and chances for both teams to win the game but Josh Bell again was the hero for the team scoring a superb hat trick to seal the win for the Gers.

In the Second match of the morning the Under 8s played Sunnyside and came away with a credible 1-1 draw against a well drilled and skillful Sunnyside team. The Rangers goal came after an excellent solo effort from Scott Wallace with some direct running from midfield to score and some dogged defending from Clepson Dos Santos and Max Brown helped secure the draw along with a great save from Joshua Clarke who parried the ball to his left to keep the scores all tied in the dying minutes.
