Dromore Ladies beat Carrick

Dromore Ladies made the journey to Carrickfergus to play the local ladies last Thursday.

They found the local green to their liking and quickly settled to their task against an experienced team.

Rink One took an early lead but were subsequently overtaken and had to come back strongly towards the end to finish two shots ahead.

Rink Two playing well within themselves were never headed and won comfortably by six shots. The eight shot victory secured the maximum five points for Dromore.
