Bann opened their account when Anderson fired low into the bottom corner. It didn’t take long to double their lead when an early ball from Kennedy found Magowan in the North Down circle, who rounded the keeper before finishing on his reverse.

Bann continued to exert their authority when Magowan again finished well.

Dean was introduced to the Bann front line and instantly made an impact when he raced in on the goal and flicked the ball over the keeper. Magowan then found Dean in space who finished well. Anderson stepped up to convert another short corner to score Bann’s sixth.

Dean again fired the ball home to complete a second half hat-trick. He couldn’t stop scoring and converted his fourth with a strong shot.

Kennedy scored on his reverse from a tight angle to give Bann their ninth and final goal. Bann stay in fifth place but are only three points off third spot.
