Darren has the bite to match his Bark, shooting one over

Darren Barker played the nine holes of the Sunday Sweep course in one over par gross 37, an almost unbelievable return for a 17 handicapper.

His nett 28.5 is the best score for this sweep so far this year. It was a rewarding day for Darren as he also had the only two on the day and he won a sizeable pot.

1st- Darren Barker (17) Nett 28.5.

2nd- P.J. Johnston (13) Nett 31.5.

3rd- Pat Toal (24) Nett34.

THURSDAY 10TH APRIL

Colin McKinney’s golfing year just keeps getting better and better. This was Colin’s third top place finish this year as he shot 34 points for 14 holes.

The two’s pot was divided between Shane Rooney and Dennis Lockhart.

1st- Colin McKinney (17) 34 points.

2nd- John Poots (18) 34 points.

3rd- Noel McSherry (14) 32 points.
