MONEYSLANE’S U15s travelled to Warrenpoint at the weekend and just had 11 players on show.

They fought tooth and nail to come home with a big three points to push them up into third in the league.

Ervine Boyd put Slane in the lead with a great goal and the half ended 1-0.

Slane were under pressure in the second half with the Point throwing everything at them. Nathan Martin was superb in the goals for Slane pulling off save after save for Slane and was rewarded with man of the match in this hard fought encounter.
