The weather was fine if a little windy at times and a good day was had by all. The round shot was a Ballyvally Battleround composed of specially painted targets.

The targets represented various Medieval scenes from Crossbowmen in a castle to crusaders and from Norman Knights on horseback to Robin Hood! The scoring was interesting as some areas of the targets had a minus score!

Winner of the green peg section for young cubs under eight was Magnus Naeri who shot 290 while Rhys Walker ran away with the under 10 section shooting yellow pegs with a great 320.

The white peg section was won by Michael Patterson with 232, the second highest score of the day.

In the blue peg section the top ladies were all very close with only a few points separating the top three. Coming in top by one point was Shannon Russell-Cowan (206) closely followed by Marion Patterson (205) and third Patricia Mulligan (202).

In the gents section Rune Naeri was first scoring 265 the top score of the day. Second was Dean Hamilton on 220 and third was Mark McConnell on 210.
