Ballela news as U8s compete in blitz

BALLELA U8 - The Ballela U8's travelled to Warrenpoint for a three team blitz which included Carryduff.

Each team played each twice. The young Ballela team won two games and draw two. Everyone had a great afternoon and thanks to the Warrenpoint club for hosting.

The Ballela panel was S McClure, F McPolin, C McAnanery, T McAnanery, C Magee, C McNally, O O'Rourke and A McAleenan.

GOLF CLASSIC - The Ballela Golf Classic will take place on Sunday 16th September at Banbridge Golf Club. It is a four ball team event and entry is £120 per team. First prize is a £200 gift voucher, while second prize is a - £120 gift voucher (both for Banbridge Golf Club Pro Shop). Whist Drive - There will be a whist drive in Ballela School on Sunday 22 September

Sympathy - The club pass on their sympathy to the family of Tommy Leckey who passed away recently.
