The experienced McAllister battled it out with Brian Campbell for top spot. The pair were among 208 competitors, representing 32 clubs, who put their best foot forward at the Wilsons Auctions sponsored event.

Last year’s winner, Campbell (Willowfield Harriers), who has been in sparkling form, notching up numerous wins throughout the season, went head-to-head with McAllister over the first 4.75 miles until McAllister edged in front.
