‘Worrying’ warning to dog owners
Dog owners are being urged to ensure their pets are supervised at all times in the countryside, now that lambing season is in full swing.
UFU Deputy President Ivor Ferguson said: “While the majority of dog owners act responsibly when walking their dog in the countryside, unfortunately there is still a small minority who persist with taking little precaution. Everyone is a loser when it comes to a sheep worrying incident.
