Woman convicted of benefit fraud
Bernadette Mullan (54) of Richmount Gardens, Lurgan was convicted at Craigavon Court for claiming benefits she was not entitled to. The benefit claims totalled £9,069 but she didn’t declare she was living with her partner.
She was given a six month probation order and ordered to pay court costs of £52.
