We want your baking pictures

COOKBOOKS have their place – but, when it comes to baking, mum is still the best teacher.

More than half of us say that we learnt our baking skills from our mothers, with 33 per cent claiming that their favourite tried-and- tested baking recipes were handed down from their mother or grandmother.

The results are from a survey commissioned by the Fairtrade Foundation in partnership with AllRecipes.com, the world’s No 1 digital food brand, to mark the launch of the Fairtrade Foundation’s two-week baking campaign, The Big Fair Bake, which kicks off today (24 September – 7 October 2012).
