Was speeding on the A1
A fine of £60 was imposed on a 25-year-old man last Thursday at Banbridge Magistrates Court for speeding on the A1 at Dromore on March 28 last year.
Sean Alexander McClelland, First Avenue, Newry, also received three penalty points and was ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.
The court heard he was travelling at 70mph in a 60mph area and was offered a fixed penalty but did not take it up.
