Vote for Blackskull couple to win their dream job
Deborah Waugh, from Blackskull, and her fiance Fred Rood, from New Zealand, pipped 30,000 other entrants to the post to make it into the final stages of the Runaway Bride and Groom Ultimate Job in Ireland competition.
If the former Banbridge Academy pupil and her partner are successful they could win a six-month contract to travel around the world researching and reporting on the best locations in which to get married or spend a honeymoon.

“My brother spotted the competition and got in touch to say he thought it would be perfectly suited to Fred and I,” she told the Leader.
The couple, who had to submit a YouTube video to enter the contest, encountered some problems due to their hectic lifestyle.
“Fred is a photographer and was out covering the Winter Olympics so we had to rush to make the video when he got back to Ireland but I hope people appreciate the humour and it makes viewers smile,” said Deborah.
