Used mobile while he was driving
Three penalty points were imposed on a 27 year old man last Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for using a mobile phone while driving.
Wojcieck Bryniaski, Queen Street, Lurgan, was also fined £75 and ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.
The court heard he was seen using the phone while driving in Market Street, Lurgan on April 25 this year.
He admitted he had used it to call a friend.
