Two-vehicle crash closes A1 carriageway

The southbound carriageway was closed for a little over two hours as a result of the two-vehicle accident.

The collision was reported to police at approximately 11.15am on Tuesday, July 21.

Police, NI Ambulance Service and NI Fire and Rescue attended the scene.

Two men and a woman were treated in situ for non life-threatening injuries.

The road reopened at about1.30pm.
